Returns & Exchanges Policy

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature and hygiene considerations of our products, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

  • Reason for return/exchange

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.

Step 3: Prepare Your Package

Once authorized, please:

  • Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
  • Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package
  • Pack items securely in their original packaging
  • Include all original tags and accessories

Refunds & Processing Times

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • PayPal refunds are usually instant or within 24 hours

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return

  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.

International Returns
