To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
• The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.

Step 3: Prepare Your Package

Once authorized, please:

• Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
• Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package
• Pack items securely in their original packaging
• Include all original tags and accessories

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship your package to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days
• PayPal refunds are usually instant or within 24 hours

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

• We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
• Standard shipping times apply for the new item
• If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
• If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference

As we serve customers globally (excluding remote areas and certain parts of Asia), international returns follow the same process. However, please note:

• You are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
• We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
• International returns may take longer to reach us and process
